[SCC_Active_Members] Changing the meeting time for the SCC

The feedback from several of you attending regularly the SCC meetings has
been that the mid day meeting time (1:00 to 3:00 pm) was making it harder
for you to attend the meetings. So I would like to poll the frequent
attendees as well as all members of the distribution list so we can choose a
more optimal meeting time. Although the meeting day does not seem to be a
problem (it is with few exceptions the 3rd Wednesday in the month) I am also
polling you on a more optimal meeting day.
