Jake,

What version is it? Larry Masinter has a version from Opus 33b, October 
1980 in a batch of Lisp manuals he's donating to the Museum. There is 
also a version from Opus 38.69, June 1983 included in Volume II of the 
Supplementary Documents from the Fourth Berkeley Software Distribution 
(actually, my copy is reprinted as part of the DEC Ultrix-32 
documentation). Other versions would be of interest -- I've been 
compiling a collection of links to, and copies of, Lisp source code and 
documentation at:
