Dag,

The Illiac software looks pretty interesting. Does the donor want to 
remain anonymous? I wonder if he/she provided any information about the 
software -- how they came across it, etc.? As you probably know, Wayne 
Lichtenberger preserved several volumes of documentation of Illiac 
program libraries, which seem to include the source code. Al Kossow has 
scanned them -- see http://bitsavers.org/pdf/illiac/ILLIAC/ . I wonder 
how much overlap there is between this newest donation and the 
Lichtenberger materials? (David Green's web page at 
http://members.iinet.net.au/~dgreen/silliac.html has information about 
this, although its primary topic is the closely-related Sydney 
University SILLIAC, including an emulator and a manual.)
