[SCC_Active_Members] Incoming Software Listings!

A now-retired colleague who used Illiac I as a student says the
representations of 10-15 in hex were KSNJFL, because that's how they
came out in FIGS mode on a baudot-code teletype.  He had two mnemonics
to remember them:

King Size Numbers Just For Laughs
Kind Souls Never Jostle Fat Ladies
