[SCC_Active_Members] Re-Naming the SCC

Mike P's direction feels right to me as well. I'll toss out something
in the direction I'd go:
'The Software Treasury' (TST)
So people would say "Donate it to the Computer History Museum's
Software Treasury" or "CHM's Software Treasury."
It communicates that this is about software, collecting, connotes
safety, security, depositing, and value (people like to donate to
things that have value), and avoids google problems with words like
'bank.'
