Add FAP on here. 709/7090 assembler for Frotran II

Forgot about POP, was Logo in list?

SOAP was not for 704/709, SOAP was optimizing assembler for IBM 650.
704 had SAP. Also CMU had Interal Translator for IBM 650.

Bourne Shell, CShell, TShell, KShell, are pretty close to lanagues in my
mind.

I kind of would group all assemblers and autocoders under one language,
becuase they were more of a translater, rather then language.
