We in fact have a pretty complete collection of CACM and Computing Reviews.

ACM has a 'wanted list' for their publications that we should be
on the watch for as well. I've been trying to find SIGMICRO
microprogramming newsletters for a while now, and unfortunately
ACM doesn't appear to have saved copies..
