I'll check with Paula, but I have not seen originals

Everyone has copies :-)
Mine came from someone who had copied it from someone else.

At one point, Warren produced an on-line version of Lyons, but I don't see
it on a quick inspection on tuhs.org. He may have taken it off line when the
reprint came out (now out of print)

Come to think of it, I haven't seen the reprint at CHM either..
