[SPG_Active_Members] Saving video games

As a matter of fact, just yesterday we found a copy of the source code
for the Don Woods version of Adventure, plus the database code/data and
a bunch of messages and texts. This was part of a project to rescue the
files of Stanford's old SUMEX-AIM machine. Our colleagues at U.
Maryland recently discovered the original Willy Crowther version of the
source, so we're getting there. We've had less success with commercial
titles, but a few publishers have released some code, e.g. id.
