I imagine so. My intent at forwarding the news article was merely a "heads
up". Should anybody find the technical work, I'd be interested.
That would be best with a (quick) appraisal/critique of any technical
article found.
My own current workload precludes my spending cycles on either of these
activities. The topic is too far off the path I need to follow.
