[SCC_Active_Members] Towards a CHM repository software requirements analysis

You will recall that I had promised to modify the U.K. National Archives
"Standard for Record Repositories" document towards a corresponding CHM
version.  Attached for your consideration and comments is a first draft in
the form of a zipped MS Word file.  Please review it carefully and provide
critical comments.

Note particularly the questions in a subsection called "Suggested Action by
CHM SCC Members".  What I believe would be most helpful towards rapid
progress is your response by e-mail that contains any suggestions you wish
to make.  The more specific your suggestions, the more helpful they will be.
Where appropriate, please identify the section and item number for each
comment.

I undertake to integrate all comments received prior to our 16th February
meeting, and to provide an updated version of the current document shortly
before the meeting.
