At the Wednesday meeting, I passed around copies of two documents from The
[U.K.] National Archives that I believe to be a good starting point for
creation of a requirements statement for a Computer History Museum digital
repository.  Attached are copies of these documents.  

I do not know whether this material would be the best available starting
point.  It is, however, the best one that I have seen.
