Al: If you would like I can run the text and listing through my PDF generator
and make a combined writeup, listing file with embeded source and object decks.
Like I do with the 709 diagnostics. I only support fixed width text at the 
moment, but I can combine text and graphics on one page. All images need to be
in png format. But I recognize IBM carage control characters of that era.
